Build the self-trust to stay curious, read what’s really happening, and respond to what the room needs — even when things don’t go to plan.

Something goes unplanned. The session turns messy, unexpected, uncertain — and suddenly you're no longer running the room. You're reacting to it.
Someone dominated the session and I didn't know how to stop them without making it awkward.
People kept questioning everything — I lost the flow and never recovered it.
I repeat the same instructions three times and still get blank stares.
I leave every session wondering: did I do more harm than good?
The moment resistance shows up, I freeze. Then I overthink every move I make.
I follow the recipe exactly — but when real people are in the room, it falls apart.
Something unplanned happens. The session gets chaotic and you find yourself trying to control what can't be controlled.
The doubt doesn't stay in the room. It follows you home and grows after every hard session.
That's deeply unfair. Doing your best is enough. The problem isn't you — it's where your attention goes.
Better tools and better preparation matter. But they can’t predict every human moment in the room.
Before you can read the room clearly,
you need to be able to read yourself.
Because what happens inside you affects what you notice, what you make the situation mean, and how you respond.
SEE THE ROOM DIFFERENTLY
"You can lead well without perfect conditions. And you don't need to figure this out on your own."
Coaching and development for experienced facilitators and agile coaches.
After 16+ years in the room, I’ve learned that even the best preparation can’t predict everything that will happen. And another tool or technique isn’t always the answer.
Sometimes, the shift starts with noticing what’s happening inside you, what might be happening beneath someone’s behaviour, and what the moment actually needs from you.
That’s what I help you develop — so when the room doesn’t go to plan, you can stay curious, adapt, and trust yourself to respond.
To make a difference in how experienced facilitators and coaches create spaces where people grow, enjoy working together, and create an impact that continues far beyond the room.
By expanding experienced facilitators’ and coaches’ ability to trust themselves, understand what’s happening beneath people’s behaviour, and create moments that shape what people do next.
Because what happens in the room can matter far beyond it.
When something goes off-script, your attention naturally goes to the room.
The person challenging you.
The participant who disengages.
The one taking over.
The exercise that suddenly isn’t working.
But there’s another place to look first: what’s happening inside you.
Because your own reaction affects what you notice, what you make the situation mean, and how you respond.
When you can notice that without getting caught in it, you create space to become curious about what may be happening beneath someone else’s behaviour — and choose what the moment actually needs from you.
Behaviour is the clue, not the problem.
I once facilitated a leadership team where one participant seemed to pull back every time the group moved forward.
When people became excited, they became cautious. When the group aligned, they raised new risks. I caught myself creating a story: maybe they didn’t want the change, maybe they didn’t trust the team, maybe they were simply being difficult.
At lunch, I spoke with them.
They told me about a previous project that had moved quickly, been celebrated — and then failed badly. The team had spent months dealing with the consequences.
They weren’t trying to slow the group down. They were trying to protect it.
Their behaviour didn’t change. My understanding did.
Behaviour is the clue, not the problem.

We begin with the real moment in your sessions — what feels hard, what keeps repeating, and what needs attention before the room can shift.
We spend 30 minutes together. You tell me what’s happening in your sessions — what feels hard, what keeps coming up, and where you’re getting stuck. I listen.
Together, we look at what pulls your attention off track in those moments, what may be happening underneath the behaviour, and why the same pattern keeps repeating.
You leave with clarity on what needs attention next — and what working together could help you develop.
This is a minimum 5-week journey. I work with a maximum of 3 new clients each month, so I can give every person the attention they deserves.
If you feel drawn to this, the free discovery call is the natural next step — it’s where we find out together if this is the right fit and what working together would look like.

When you know what to focus on, everything changes. Sessions stop being something you survive. They become something you lead.
You stay grounded when the room gets tense — and your group feels it.
You create conditions where participation is real, not forced.
Difficult dynamics stop threatening your session — they become information.
You don't freeze. You don't overthink. You respond — clearly and with presence.
SELF-DOUBT → SELF-TRUST
Andra in action
Before working with Andra, I was stuck in a cycle of reactivity, overthinking, and emotional burnout. I had the skills to lead, but my body and brain weren't cooperating.
Now I recognize my triggers, regulate through stress, and show up with clarity and strength — even in the tough moments.
This work didn't just make me a better leader. It made me a better human, wife, mother, and friend.
This wasn't just about theory — it sparked a real shift in perspective that I could apply immediately.
Leadership is as much about understanding others as it is about understanding myself — why I react the way I do and how that shapes my interactions.
I've already seen the first results in my behavior, mindset, and interactions.
Andra's approach helped me rethink how I engage in challenging conversations — not as something to power through, but as an opportunity to build trust, reduce resistance, and create meaningful change.
"What Andra delivers is not a knowledge transfer. It is an embodied learning experience."

You don’t need perfect conditions. You don’t need a script for every possible situation.
You need to be able to see what’s happening, understand what the moment needs, and choose your response.
